My monster-co-author in the Faroe Islands, Rakel Helmsdal, runs a wonderful little puppet theater: Karavella Marionett-Teatur. On our Swedish publishers website, Kabloggen, she writes about the making of the monster puppets for the show Skrímslini. She writes in Danish but there are also a number of nice photos of her work for everyone to enjoy, like the one here above: where Little Monster is on stage and in the background silhouettes made from illustrations in the books.
