Bak við skýin | Behind the clouds

Skýjaskil: Jæja þá! Það þarf að sinna vanræktu bloggi! Eftir langa vinnutörn var gott að taka sér smávegis frí frá tölvu og teikniborði, fara í sveitina og taka þar til hendi. Skipta um rás, ná jarðtengingu, vera og gera. En það hefur sannarlega ekki verið neitt stuttbuxnaveður. Á suðvesturhorni landsins hefur sólin falið sig bak við þungbúin ský og dagar með vætu hafa verið æði margir. Til tilbreytingar lagðist svo að gosmóða og þokumistur. Ég treysti á sólríkan ágústmánuð!

Curtains of clouds: Well then! Neglected blogs need to be addressed! After a long period of intensive work on my books, illustration and design, it was good to take a little break from the computer and drawing desk, go and stay at the farm and get some work done there. Change channels, connect to the ground. But it has certainly not been a weather for sunbathing or barefooted strolls in shorts. In the south-west of Iceland the weather has been rainy, cool and calm, and the sun most days hidden behind heavy clouds. And for a change, fog and mist with volcanic gasses from Fagradalsfjall would turn up. So I am really counting on a sunny August!
