♦ Föstudagsmyndir: Góðir dagar í sveitinni! Snæfellsjökull sýndi enga hógværð í byrjun ársins og hillti uppi yfir köldum sjónum. Þessa fyrstu daga ársins hefur hlánað og snjóað á víxl. Óneitanlega nýtist takmarkað sólarljósið betur ef það endurkastast af hvítri jörð. Og linsan mín er mun samvinnuþýðari þá daga.
♦ Photo Friday: It looked as if Snæfellsjökull / Snæfell Glacier on Snæfellsnes peninsula had changed size and shape as the weather changed one of the first days in January. Above the cold sea the temperature was slightly higher, making the mountains fly – a phenomenon called superior mirage. And fly does our young stallion in training and fly did the wool-blanket on the clothesline. We have enjoyed fine winter days at the farm.
