Skrímslavaktin: Skrímslin hafa staðið sína plikt undanfarnar vikur og mánuði og fylgst með mannlífinu út um glugga, eins og fjölmargir bangsar og önnur tuskudýr, sem gist hafa gluggakistur um allan heim. En nú var kominn tími til að viðra af sér rykið og kíkja út á svalir! Skrímslin halda hinsvegar áfram að huga að sóttvörnum, minnug þess hve skrímslapestir smitast auðveldlega.
Monsters on the watch: The two monsters have done their best to stay safe during the covid-19 pandemic, and just like so many teddybears and other creatures, they watched life in our street from the window. Happy to know that things are better in Iceland for the time being, the monster went out on the balcony for some fresh air and a little wind in the fur. They will still stick to all precautionary rules for good health, knowing how contagious the horrid monster flu is.
Sögustund á norsku: Eins og ég hef sagt frá áður þá fékk nýnorska menningarmiðstöðin fékk leyfi fyrir upplestri og myndbirtingu úr nokkrum bókum um litla skrímslið og stóra skrímslið. Þriðja sögulestur er nú að finna á vef Nynorsk kultursenter. Guro Ljone, verkefnastjóri við Olav H. Hauge-setrið, les Skrímsli í myrkrinu – Monster i mørket, sem kom út hjá forlaginu Skald árið 2012. Alls hafa sjö bækur úr bókaflokknum um skrímslin í norskri þýðingu Tove Bakke.
